1. Choose the drinking cup or glass that you are going to use
2. Fill the cup with your liquid of choice
3. Place the CUP CLIP on the edge of the cup or glass with the holes on the inside of the cup as pictured
4. Ensure the FLOW STOP is pinched closed before continuing
5. Place the device flat on a table with the white cap up and unscrew to open
6. Use the PILL CUTTER/CRUSHER to powder or cut your pills
7. Place the crushed pill in the opened metal spinner housing
8. Place the white cap back onto the housing and screw tightly to seal
9. If your cup is too short, cut the bottom of the Blue Straw at an angle as needed for suction
10. Insert the blue straw into the CUP CLIP that is already placed on to your cup or glass
11. Unlock the FLOW STOP and enjoy your favorite drink
